is the chef and co-owner of the Metropolitan Grill. He and Jennifer purchased the restaurant in 2006. Pat has been an Executive Chef for 15 years and has been creating dishes in Springfield since 2001. Having lived in all parts of the United States, including New Mexico, Michigan and the gourmet hub of central California, Pat brings a wide variety of culinary practices to the table. His philosophy is all about scratch creation. He challenges himself and his chefs to always think outside trends and tradition in order to produce something truly and uniquely delicious.
